The Bubblegum is in fact a hybrid of Big Bud (Sativa dominant, mexican variety) x NL (Afghani descendant) x Skunk. Originally from Indiana, USA, she was further improved in Holland.  We used our AK to improve bud structure and yield. The result is a Sativa/Indica hybrid which is more inclined to its Sativa roots with a high THC percentage. It’s geno-chemotype is that of a CBC-Haze x White Widow, because of the genetic makeup of the dominant Bubblegum father. This father carries Mexican Sativa dominant genes (Mexican Haze) thanks to the Big Bud and more Indica dominant genes from the NL. Bubblegun is compact and stocky that matures in about 8-9 weeks. From germination to harvest she will take 10 to 11 weeks.  She germinates really quickly and will surface in 2 to 3 days. She has tremendous root development, resulting in a thick stalked plant.

She is not too branchy. Both growing and flowering stage are vigorous, so you might need to prune this beauty.  Pre Grow under 24 hours of light will help keep her short, which is the sensible thing to do if you use the SOG method.  Another way to limit height is to top or to fim her (this will create multiple buds) in the growing stage after reaching the third internode. That will limit her height, however does make her more bushy and require her to have more space in between individual plants. She has a great yield from her sticky buds. The buds are hard, compact and resemble somewhat the AK nugs. Bubblegun has a divine sweet aroma and a sweet, chewing gum like taste. Bubblegun is a potent Sativa dominant strain with a high THC percentage and no CBD. This results in a fast appearing (owing to the low content of CBC and CBG) and strongly activating, clear head buzz (THC). Because of her high THC percentage she can be used for a broad spectrum of medicinal treatments. Medicinal value: insomnia, neuropathic pains and a appetite stimulant.
